CPSC is in need of both a Preschool and a Toddler Teacher!

Knowledge of documenting learning, inquiry and shared based learning, the value of open-ended and found materials, integrated into a highly refined curriculum, as well as a deep understanding that building relationships with children and families are key to partnerships. Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment, excellent communication skills, practice in building community for children and parents, and being a reflective learner an expectation.

A successful candidate will have knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach, the work of Howard Gardner, and the theories surrounding the Constructivist’s Approach with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a preschool classroom. Hours are 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. with some room for varying times.
